Meal Options
Due to the increased cost of providing lunches for our conference events we have suspended our conference box lunch option.
We encourage you to host a tailgating party for your group as a way of sharing the conference experience. We have a large parking lots at these conferences so there is plenty of room to tailgate! That’s where relationships are developed among the men of your church. Don’t miss out on this relationship building opportunity.
You will also have the option of bringing your lunch, purchasing lunch from one of the food trucks we will have at most locations or going to a local fast food restaurant near the conference location. In some cases the church may also provide sandwiches as a fund raiser for a missions or youth project.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds or transfers to other events.
Recording Policy: During this event, LEAD International Foundation will be recording (audio and video) and photographing. Most likely, you will be filmed, recorded or photographed as part of the audience or individually. By your attendance, you are granting your permission to be recorded or photographed for commercial purposes and agree to the following: being recorded, filmed or photographed by any means; commercial or any other use of your likeness, voice and words without compensation; specifically waving all rights of privacy during the filming, recording or photographing and release LEAD International Foundation from liability for loss, damage, or compensation from the commercial or other use of your likeness, image, voice or word; compliance with all rules and regulations of LEAD International Foundation for this event.

Our ticketing program is from an outside source and doesn’t make room for building a group and adding to it. You can only register multiple attendees all at one time. There are just three options: 1. you can wait until the day of the deadline and register your men. After the deadline they wouldn’t get the discount or lunch anyway. 2. You can pre-register the number you think you will have. 3. You can take the group discount for the men who have already signed up and the rest pay regular price after the deadline
