At the LEAD International Foundation, we have remained focused on the mission of training leaders and discipling men for more than two decades because of our unwavering belief that discipleship changes men, marriages, families, workplaces, communities—EVERYTHING.
To this end, we love the local church and want to see it thrive, but even in the church today, too many men are absent or uninvolved.
We believe that Christ has called His church to reach men in community, to train leaders and disciple them to lead vibrant, transformed lives in Jesus. And we are on the ground in local communities to help.
A TRAINED AND COMMITTED COACH ON THE GROUND: AREA DIRECTORS
Coach. Consultant. Encourager. These are some of the roles of our Area Directors. Privately supported, they offer their services at no charge. Their one focus? Helping churches reach and disciple men as effectively as possible.
Area Directors are available to support your church through leadership training, men’s events, small group curriculum, mentoring resources, and more. They help build and serve a team of men who are passionate about seeing others transformed through leadership development and discipleship relationships, as they create a customized Leadership Development Action Plan for the ministry efforts to men.
